Domestic Shipping:
Domestic shipments will have tracking/delivery confirmation. So if your package never arrives we can track it and a replacement or refund can be issued.
International Shipping:
I am currently losing money on international shipping by charging a flat rate as the shipping rates vary depend on the weight of the package and destination. But I do hope people from around the world can enjoy the same amazing quality zhanga bags like my customers in the U.S.
Custom:
Please bear in mind that items shipped to an address outside of U.S. might be subject to U.S. / local custom check. Please use the tracking number we provided to track your package.
- REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES -
We will accept return of unused merchandise for up to 14 days from purchase for store credit or exchange. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us for return or exchange and the shipment of the exchanged item.
