Is it safe to purchase from ecrater sellers?
Purchasing from eCrater is the same as purchasing from Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and other e-commerce sites. All payments are securely processed by Paypal or Google Checkout. Your credit card information is only seen by Paypal or Google processors, even the sellers don’t get to see it. Your contact/shipping information will only be used for shipping purposes, I as the seller do not save customer’s contact/shipping information unless the customer permits to save for future orders.

What types of payment do you accept?
Payment are processed through PayPal and Google Checkout, where you can pay with major credit cards.
For paypal, you do not need to sign up to make the payment. Simply enter your credit card info and shipping info like you do with all other online stores.
For Google Check-out, since google already has your payment information, simply select the google checkout option and approve the payment, you are all set!

When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within one business day of completed payment.
Domestic shippments are shipped via USPS Priority mails unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Customers usually receive their priority packages within 3 business days.
International shippments vary depending on the destination country and its custom system. Usually from 1 week to 3 weeks via regular mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Do you sell to international buyers?
Yes, and I have been shipping internationally for a long time. The shipping time usually varies dependin gon the destination country. It usually takes about 1 week to Canada, 2 weeks to Europe and 2-3 weeks to Asia.

Do you combine purchases to save on shipping costs?
Always! However, eCrater does not have stores set up to combine shipping. If you are planning on purchasing several items, just email me and I will gladly send you an invoice with the combined shipping rate.

What is your return policy?
I will accept return of unused merchandise for up to 14 days from purchase for store credit or exchange. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us for return or exchange and the shipment of the exchanged item.
